Abstract

On behalf of the Argentine Diabetes Society, it is a great pleasure for me to welcome you to the XX Argentine Diabetes Congress.

With fruitful work and not free of pitfalls and drawbacks, the Organizing Committee and the Scientific Committee of this Congress have come to realize this program.

The slogan chosen on this occasion was: "Patient-centered diabetes control" and this is a clear reflection of the trend in the treatment of this pathology in recent years.
